The project of "The preparation of foster parents and orphan children for foster family creation"

On the 1 of May 2006, being a federal experimental institution, the Helios Center set about a project development of "The preparation of foster parents and orphan children for foster family creation" on the base of special correctional institutions, together with colleagues from:

• Leningrad Pushkin State Regional University,  
• Herzen Pedagogical State University, 
• Saint Petersburg Academy of Culture, 
• Saint Petersburg Academy of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education
